When was the last time you made $7.25 an hour? Too many Oklahomans are forced to live on the minimum wage, working multiple jobs to make ends meet ... and it's not just high school students working summer jobs. For our latest Observercast — Clamoring For An End To Poverty Wages — we talked with Amber England, spokesperson for Raise the Wage Oklahoma, about the latest initiative petition to do what the state Legislature won't: watch out for workaday Oklahomans and bring the minimum wage to a level that actually lets workers live.
